ALEX BROADBENT

Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. BSc (hons)

 Alex has worked with hundreds of clients, both on a 1-2-1 basis and within group settings. Further qualifications include corrective exercise, motivational interviewing, and business management, as well as continued studies to become a registered Sports Therapist. Alex has extensive experience of working with people who simply need to be more active, post-surgery rehabilitation work, injury prevention, and athletes competing at national level.

MARION WACHET 

Clinical and Counselling Psychologist HCPC. MPsych(Clin), DClinPsych.

Marion has experience of working in a wide range of settings and with psychology-related issues including: acute mental ill-health; addiction; bereavement and loss; eating disorders; stress and anxiety; anger management; burnout; and emotional dysregulation.
